After the announcements on the 2013 Colorado pickup truck, the Camaro ZL1 Convertible, the EN-V project and the Spark EV, Chevrolet revealed today that it will also introduce the all-new, 2013 TrailBlazer midsize SUV at the upcoming Dubai International Motor Show on November 10.
The General published a darkened-out teaser photograph along with a short statement saying that the 2013 Trailblazer will be based on a "new global midsize platform developed by GM do Brasil" and that sales will begin in Thailand starting in early 2012.

The engine range includes a 1.2-litre petrol unit producing 86-horses, a 1.4-litre petrol engine with 101PS and two 1.3-litre diesels, with power outputs of either 75 or 95PS. The new soft-top model shares its genes with the upcoming Camaro ZL1 Coupe and is scheduled to go on sale in late 2012. The highlight of the convertible is of course GM's 6.2-liter supercharged LSA V8 engine rated at 580 horsepower (432 kW) and 556 lb.-ft. of peak torque (754 Nm).
